Flexible Work Environment
We work hard, but that’s not all we do. We believe that having time away from work is important, too. That’s why we offer a generous paid time off benefit that currently includes more than three weeks of paid holidays in addition to combined employee-earned time for illness, vacation or maybe just a day of skiing or the beach. We believe in giving back to our community and encourage our employees to do the same by offering company-sponsored community service opportunities throughout the year. Even when we’re in the office, we know it’s good to step away from the desk. Each month, MSB provides lunch for all its employees and some of those are even outside the office. MSB employees even enjoy a shorter work day, thanks to a company-paid 30-minute lunch period.
