Service Provider Types – Action Needed for Maine and Massachusetts

The recent changes to the Goals and Objectives functionality in Adori and Lumea have lifted the burden of assigning a Goal Responsible Person from administrators and case managers. Now personnel are automatically associated with goals based on their caseload, the goal area of focus, and the provider’s type. Because of this, it is important to ensure that each of your service providers are assigned a provider type under the Types tab in User Details in Adori or Lumea. You must choose one of the state-approved provider types if the provider will be documenting for Medicaid purposes. This will ensure that goals are properly displayed in sessions for documenting progress.

If you have questions about this or any other functionality, please contact our Customer Care team at 800.810.4220 or via the Live Chat feature in the program.
