Great news! As part of our on-going efforts to incorporate your requests and suggestions into our products, we are pleased to announce the release of Indicator Badges! These red badges with numbers, are visible to those with access to the Administrator and Team Leader roles.
The objective of including these indicator badges is to alert account Administrators and Team Leaders to items that need attention. This is one of the most frequently requested features from administrators and we are happy to announce this feature is now live in your account. Instead of having to open a menu and navigate to a workspace to find out if action is needed, you will quickly know by looking at the Administrative Column. If there is a red badge, you have a pending item needing attention. If there is no badge, then no action is required at this time.
